DESCRIPTION:For mental health and support services in\, or providing outreach to the North Midlands \nIf your organisation provides (or could start providing) services to the North Midlands communities\, we invite you to join together with the North Midlands Project for this North Midlands-specific Multi-Service Day.  The day aims to achieve the following: \n\nIncrease inter-service awareness of available support\nBuild up inter-service relationships and increase service collaboration\nIdentify issues affecting the North Midlands communities and gaps in service provision\nWork together to target these issues in a collaborative way.\n\nJoin us in improving the mental health of the North Midlands community\, by coming together to: \n\nBetter utilise current resources\nBuild better working relationships between services\nIdentify gaps and work together to fill them\nAdvocate for support for gaps we can’t fill ourselves\nReview the current North Midlands Community Action Plan\n\nLUNCH PROVIDED \nPlease RSVP to elizabeth.lockyer@health.wa.gov.au \nVIEW THE FLYER HERE
