1-Day DV-aware workshop

Lifeline WA would like to invite you and your team, to attend some free family and domestic violence training in May 2024 that we are offering to people in the Geraldton area.

The DV-alert program is fully funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services to help educate the public, and frontline workers on how to Recognise the signs of domestic and family violence, Respond appropriately to someone subjected to domestic and family violence, and Refer to appropriate support services.

The 1-Day DV-aware workshops are free for any member of the public who would like to get a deep understanding of the complexities of domestic and family violence. Attendees will learn about the impact of family violence and how to Recognise, Respond safely and Refer effectively.
