Teaching on the run: Workshops for Clinicians

Supporting Learners – This workshop will provide clarification of learner, supervision and system issues and provides a framework to address problems.
Anyone is welcome to attend this session (you don’t need to have completed the series), and external supervisors who support WACRH students are also welcome. There is no cost to attend.

The learning outcomes for this session are:
  • Identify and discuss learner-related problems
  • Implement the PAAR framework with learners
  • Explore management and prevention of problems
  • Increase confidence to deal with difficult situations

FACILITATOR:
Kathryn Fitzgerald will facilitate the workshops. Kathryn is an accredited TOTR facilitator and an experienced allied health professional and educator.

Each workshop will be delivered in a blended learning format 45 minutes – 1hour online preparation & a 1.5-hour workshop at WACRH (Geraldton). Certificates are available on the completion of individual workshops.
