  • Promotion and maintenance of quality, standardised practice skills throughout the organisation
  • Increased job satisfaction, self-confidence and improved worker retention.

This session will provide a brief overview of clinical supervision aims and a framework to support best practice. Gibb’s reflective practice cycle and intervision will be introduced as examples of two different models that can be used to create supportive relationships and environments in order to promote supervisees’ learning from practice.
