Registration for Rural Health West CPD workshop: Rural Emergency Advanced Clinical Training (REACT+) being held in Fremantle and Perth in October and November 2021 are now open!
Workshop details The two day course will be facilitated by a team of experienced emergency physicians with extensive pre course materials including a USB of the course skills and drills being provided to each participant prior to attending. The REACT+ course includes medical emergencies, major trauma and cardiac arrest in children and adults as well as associated lifesaving procedural skills training. It is highly interactive and participants are predominantly involved in emergency skills stations and simulated scenarios. Successful completion of REACT+ course is acceptable evidence towards meeting the WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Emergency Department (ED) credentialing requirements (ED workshops component) Please note: results of these assessments will be provided to WACHS Training for RPL. Eligibility Open to all Medical Practitioners. Priority of places will be offered to WA rural placed GP VMP’s and locums.
