The Geraldton Community Wellness Group invites you to help shape future actions and initiatives to address Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drug related issues in Geraldton, for the next three years.
Anyone 18 years and older is welcome to fill in the survey, which should take 15-20 minutes to complete.
Responses close Monday, 31st January, 2022.
